You got it… here's 3 really easy strategies to get more leads for your mlm or network marketing business
The first strategy.
Whatcha watchin? That's right. Video. Invest in yourself and learn something that will raise your knowledge and skills on building an online business and then make a video teaching others what you've learned.
Read a book or go through a course about prospecting on social media or even starting conversations on social media and then create a video like this showing others how to do it.
This raises your value in the marketplace because people seek out and are attracted to people who share great information. Doing this positions you as a leader and people are attracted to leaders.
Doing video also makes you more approachable and people will start to feel like they already know you because they get to see your face.
Most people like to hide on social media. So, if you do something different, you'll stand out from the crowd and people will start to engage with you. This is where conversations can lead to new team members.
Strategy number two. (and this one's an awesome tip from one
of my mentors, Ray Higdon) is getting out and attending
But keep this in mind…
Don't go to events to start pitching people on your business. This will almost always work against you and just turn people off.
Instead, simply get to know people. What do people like to talk about most? Themselves… right. So ask people questions about what they're doing. Get them talking about what excites them, and be interested in what they have to say. This is a surefire way to get people to remember you. Plus, the more you get to know about
them, the more you'll find out what's important to them helping you in your approach for when you do talk business.
So then, ask them for their business card and the next day, call them and follow up with them. Let 'em know that you really enjoyed speaking with them. Who does this anymore? Everybody always sends email or goes in for the kill too soon.
So follow up the next day and just say, Hey, it was really nice talking with you yesterday and learning about what you do and what interests you.
And here's the big question.
But I'm wondering…
Are you open to a side project that wouldn't interfere with what you're currently doing?
If they're interested. Boom.
Schedule a time to for them to see your company presentation. Or whatever your process is.
And last but certainly not least. Give awesome stuff away. Stuff that teaches people how to build their mlm or network marketing business.
Do a webinar for free, create an ebook or create a video bootcamp series that they get a new training daily for 3 days, 4, 5 or however many days you'd like to make it via email. Best thing about this one is they need to give you their email address or phone number in order to get the training. Once again, do these trainings on something you've learned like in the first strategy such as prospecting, closing or team duplication.
